Email Processing

Email processing lets you forward important email threads into Internode so they can become workspace memory, summaries, and tasks.

Forward an Email

Forward the email or thread to your workspace's Internode forwarding address. The forwarding address can vary by environment or workspace, so use the address shown in the app.

Open Emails

Open Emails to view forwarded email processing jobs. Each row can show the email title, processing status, progress, and generated task count when available.

Review a Processed Email

Open an email detail page to review:

  • Summary.
  • Original email content when available.
  • Generated tasks and actions.
  • Related source references.

Processing Time

Forwarded emails can take time to appear and process. If an email does not show up immediately, wait and refresh the list.

Tips

Forward emails that include decisions, customer requests, project updates, or follow-up actions. For quick one-off tasks, create a task directly instead.
