Accounts, billing and API keys
Account settings manage your personal profile, plan information, billing access, and user-managed keys.
Profile
Go to Settings > Account to review your account information. Depending on your workspace, you may be able to update profile or company details.
This page can also show support identifiers that help Internode support look up your account.
Plans and Billing
Go to Settings > Plans & Billing to review your current plan, credits, and billing options.
Owners or users with billing permissions may be able to:
- Start checkout.
- Manage an existing subscription.
- Open the billing portal.
- Review plan limits or credit usage.
If you cannot change billing, ask a workspace owner.
API Keys
Go to Settings > API keys to manage available keys. Access may be limited to owners or admins.
When bring-your-own-key options are enabled, you can add a provider key for supported AI services such as Gemini. Store keys carefully and rotate them if you believe a key was exposed.
Delete Your Account
Account deletion is only available by owners, use it carefully. Deleting an account will remove your access and all personal configuration data.
Troubleshooting
If billing controls are missing, confirm you are in the right workspace and have an owner or billing role. If an API key fails, verify the key is active with the provider and has permission for the requested model or service.
