Workspaces, Teams and people
Workspace (or Organization) settings control who can use Internode, how people are grouped, and where projects and tasks belong.
Workspaces
Go to Settings > Workspaces to view your current workspace. Workspace owners can update workspace details such as the workspace name.
Creating a new workspace may require contacting Internode if self-serve workspace creation is not enabled.
Members
Workspace owners and admins can invite or manage members depending on the permissions available in your workspace. Member access controls who can see and update shared workspace data.
Teams
Go to Settings > Teams to view teams. Teams help organize people, projects, and task workflows.
From a team page, you may be able to:
- Edit the team name and description.
- Manage team members.
- Review projects linked to the team.
- Manage the team's workflow statuses.
People
Go to Settings > People to view people known to the workspace. People can come from meetings, integrations, or other connected data.
You can search people by name or email. When editing is available, you can update display names to keep workspace references clean and understandable.
Tips
Keep teams and people clean before doing a large import. Clear ownership and team structure makes task assignment, project organization, and agent answers more useful.
