Integrations

Integrations connect Internode to the tools where your team's work already happens.

Open Settings > Integrations to review available connections.

User-Connected Integrations

Some integrations are connected by each individual user and act as that user.

Examples can include:

  • Google Calendar.
  • Google Drive file picker access.
  • Google Meet transcriptions.
  • Microsoft calendar or Teams transcript permissions.
  • Zoom transcripts.

Workspace-Managed Integrations

Some integrations are managed once for the workspace by an owner or admin.

Examples can include:

  • Slack Org Automation.
  • Google Workspace domain-wide delegation.
  • Granola.
  • Linear.
  • Jira.

Workspace-managed integrations can affect everyone in the workspace, so access to connect or disconnect them may be limited to owners and admins.

Connect an Integration

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Find the integration tile.
  3. Select Connect or the available setup action.
  4. Follow the provider prompts or paste the requested API key.
  5. Return to Internode and confirm the tile shows as connected.

Disconnect an Integration

Use the integration tile's disconnect action when available. Disconnecting an integration can stop imports, background jobs, transcript access, project sync, or related automation.

Signing out of Internode does not always disconnect provider access. If you want to revoke access completely, disconnect the integration in Internode and, when needed, revoke the app from the provider's own security settings.

Common Integration Uses

  • Calendar and transcripts help Internode find meetings and process meeting content.
  • Slack enables channel imports, Slack-based notifications, and project update broadcasts.
  • Linear or Jira connects workspace tasks to external engineering trackers.
  • Granola imports meeting notes from a shared workspace connection.

Troubleshooting

If a connection fails, confirm you have the right workspace role and provider permissions. For workspace-managed integrations, ask an owner or admin to reconnect or update the credential.
